To find out what marketers need to do to remain competitive, Marketo commissioned The Economist Intelligence Unit to lead a global survey of 478 CMOs and marketing executives. The research revealed that as the marketing landscape for businesses shifts, 82% of SMB marketers believe they need to change the structure of their marketing organization to meet the needs of the business. Additionally, in the next three to five years SMB marketers will be increasingly responsible for customer engagement and revenue generation. We took the most interesting SMB statistics to create an infographic.
